Whatsapp has recently given it’s a new privacy policy to users. it said,
clearly if you agree with the new WhatsApp privacy then use Whatsapp otherwise
delete it. In against WhatsApp SpaceX founder Elon musk tweet on Twitter that

WHAT IS SIGNAL MESSENGER APP? It is similar to the WhatsApp messenger app.
A signal is a cross-platform encrypted messaging service developed by the
signal foundation and signal messenger LLC.
It was created by Moxie marlinspike, which received initial funding from
WhatsApp co-founder Brian Acton.
